Once payment is made, it is considered final, and no refunds will be issued, regardless of the reason, including but not limited to changes in personal circumstances, scheduling conflicts, or dissatisfaction with the service.

2. Missed Classes (No-Show Policy)

Students are responsible for attending all scheduled classes as per their course plan. If a student fails to attend a scheduled class (a "no-show"), the session will be considered burned, and the student will bear the full cost of the missed session. No refunds, credits, or rescheduling will be provided for missed classes.

3. Exceptions

We do not offer refunds or rescheduling for missed sessions under any circumstances. However, if you believe your situation warrants special consideration (e.g., errors on our part), please contact us, and we will review your case at our discretion. Any decisions made will be final.

4. Course Cancellations by Akademi Memandu Nilai

In the rare event that we cancel a course or session due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., instructor unavailability or operational issues), we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule the session at no additional cost. If rescheduling is not possible, we may, at our sole discretion, offer a credit for future services. No cash refunds will be provided.
